Take5 People adopts an innovative approach to the traditional method of Application Software implementation. We incorporate a Management Consulting Group as part of the Take5 service solution that will enhance our technical team in delivering services. We not only automate existing practices, but will also focus on improving corporate efficiencies. The Management Consultants combine their knowledge and experience, from solution implementation and far beyond, to provide advisory consulting for clients on the executive level, to help streamline procedures and policies. Clients can take advantage of Take5 Management Consulting to gain an even higher ROI.

At the same time, we are embarking on a Service CMMI process to improve our own service delivery methodology to ensure high receptivity of success and quality on a timely and cost-efficient manner.

  • Historical data migration

Deploying Quantrix¨ flexibility, Take5 provides Data Conversion and Migration Tool ready-to-use. Via our proprietary ^Data Push ̄ feature in our Quantrix powered Data Migration tool, we increase efficiency in the most time consuming part of any system implementation. Furthermore, this methodology ensures higher accuracy in historical data to migrate into Green Giant solution.

  • Management Consulting Services

Take5 Management Consultants come from similar backgrounds of our implementing client but with on-hand experience and know-how to help clients kick-off the project in a more timely manner, and more importantly, on the right track. Too often do we hear stories that an implementation is redone, and more than once. What Take5 aspires is to make each implementation a success story. We believe Software Solution providers can and should do more than just installation, set up and training.

  • Technical Consulting Service

Training:

apart from regular training, Take5 provides additional training channels to our customers. Take5 stores training sessions by module or function on our website. Take5 also hosts classroom training in Take5 location. This helps customers with operator turn-over, old user re-trained for new versions. The web training sessions allows customers to attend training with the minimum loss of time of traveling and accommodating to existing curriculum.

Workshop:

Take5 Workshops tackle specific problems or questions for particular customers (or group of customers). Our senior consultants will share with you their experiences gained from other client sites and share with workshop attendees.

Modeling:

Our in-house Quantrix Consultants have extensive experience in building models for different industries out of different business needs, based on proven Quantrix Modeling Methodology. Take5 Support team is consisting of consultants rotated from actual implementation customer sites. They are not just a call centre, but real problem solvers. In addition, we provide the option for multiple site customers with large headcount or HR team the dedicated support service. The customer could choose dedicated Support personnel to guarantee more specific response in Support Calls.
