Article for the Australian Human Resource Institute's HR Monthly magazine co-author by Alsen Hsien, President of Take5 People, and John Macy, VP of Jeitosa Group

Alsen Hsien, President of Take5People, co-published an article with John Macy on Australian Human Resource Institute’s HR Monthly Magazine, September 2008 edition. The article titled “The New Chinese HRMS Marketplace” provides insights of characteristics of HR practices in China, technical and functional requirements of HRMS as well as advice for HRMS providers who are doing business or interested in this fast growing market.

John Macy, co-author of this article, is Vice President, Asia-Pacific / Senior Global Advisor of Jeitosa Group. He has over 35 years experience in the HR sector. In 2002 he published the HR component software application standard and set up the first component software brokerage. In 2006 he introduced the first commercial component registry for HR products. He has written several books and published many articles on HR technology. He has worked throughout Asia, the USA and Australia on consulting assignments.
