This conference was hosted by Beijing Talent Power Consulting, co-hosted by IHRIM International Association for Human Resource Information Management.
Titled ¡°2006 Selecting e-HR ¨C RFP and learn more about SaaS¡±, Mr. Hsien's speech outlined the importance of Request For Proposal (RFP) which is a powerful tool when selecting a e-HR. solution. Gartner, a leading research firm commented, ¡°Comprehensive requests for proposal (RFPs) simplify the vendor evaluation and selection process and increase your chances of having successful relationship with your providers¡± Unfortunate, this practice has not been widely adopted in most of the vendor selection process in China. The ¡°2006 Selecting e-HR ¨C RFP and learn more about SaaS¡± presentation was focused on the benefits and the best practices of creating RFP, evaluation, and scoring a prospective vendor and ultimately to ensure there is no ¡°Surprises¡± after a contract is signed.
In addition to the RFP discussion, Mr. Hsien also shared with audience about the treand of SaaS(Sofware as a Service), a software delivery model that is broadly discussed within the industry.
