Alsen Hsien is the President of Take5People Limited, a Human Resources and Payroll Software development and solutions provider using the most current and best of the breed technology, focusing on Greater China and the Asia Pacific region.  Prior to Take5People, Mr. Hsien was the Managing Director of Platinum China, a business software unit of CDC Corporation, formally chinadotcom corporation (Nasdaq: CHINA).  Alsen was responsible for the overall management of Mainland China operations, including consulting service, technical support, product development and localization as well as sales and marketing.  As one of the founders of Platinum China, he built and led the company as one of the leading business management software developers and providers in China.

Mr. Hsien has spent over twenty years of his career in the business software applications industry. He has extensive experience in developing financial accounting software systems, product development strategy, and consultation in regards to such systems. He has been instrumental in developing and designing the PowerHRP suite of products, the advanced Human Resources and Payroll Management (HRM) Solution in Greater China.  In addition, he also took lead in applying CMM (Capability Maturity Model for software) to the company's whole process of management software development.  Under his leadership and efforts, the company succeeded in achieving CMM level 4.

Mr. Hsien earned his Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the California State University-Hayward, with a concentration in finance.

Prior to founding Platinum China, Mr. Hsien spent over two years as the President of Technology Funding (Shanghai) Limited, a value-added reseller of Platinum financial software in Shanghai.
